Policies
Rates do not include tax (11.5%) or housekeeping. There is NO cleaning fee.
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Stay 5 nights and receive 2 more FREE! Maximum of 2 non-smoking, with no pets guests per condo. For full refund, reservations must be canceled 14 days before arrival. Reservations require one night's payment in advance by credit card using PayPal or check. We will gladly assist with payments made via PayPal if you are not familiar with the PayPal credit card system. If you prefer to reserve a condo using a personal check, that check must arrive at Sandy Toes Beach Rentals 3 weeks prior to arrival. No refund if the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. Housekeeping available - $20 per day extra. |
